How to Read

In order to read effectively and understand the text, I annotate the book while I read. I underline key sentences, look up vocabulary I don’t understand or write definitions of what seems important. I also write key information about characters that I might need later, and make exclamation marks next to what is really essential. This helps me to quickly go back into the story and look up information and understand the text.
